Asked for male, 28 years old from Kolkata

In last 1.5 half month before I used sit long time in toilet. One day I saw blood in stool. Bright red colour without any pain. After that I checked by one surgeon he told me that he saw internal hemorrhoids but advice me for colonoscopy. But that time I believe on homeopathy treatment after that I never saw any blood in stool. After 35 days one day I eat paneer 200 gram self made and take 2 glass sugar cane juice (clearly seen red colour infection in that sugar cane) and the very next day again 2 glass sugar cane juice and in lunch chicken self made. From that day I got diarrhea for last 10 days. (not more that 3 times per day from the beginning) and in my stool no blood but mucus is present like white. What I will do? Urgent please help me.

Hello, i’m 39m living in italy. Don’t drink, smoke or use drugs. I got an ultrasound to check my kidney after an ureteroscopy surgery to remove a stone. The kidney was ok but they find multiple focal lesions in the liver (not found 5 months earlier in the first ultrasound I had in the er - where they checked the liver as well. They did not reported the fatty lever neither). Report: “liver normal for dimension, present moderate hyperechogenic stenosis. Multiple hypoechoic solid formations bilateral visible in the left sector, the biggest of around 1.5 cm. The biggest formation is situated in s6 and present a maximum diameter of 3 cm of iso-hypoechoic aspect with a medial area more hypoechoic. In s6 additional hypoechoic formation of 1.5 cm. Nature of formation is unknown. Mri advices to evaluate the formations.” i’m extremely worried about this finding and wondering if can be something serious like metastasis. After the ureteroscopy surgery done 3 months ago I got a severe infections and needed to take 4 antibiotics. Apart from that I never had any other healthy problem. Is it possible that both the fatty liver and the formation was missed during my first ultrasound at the er? Or is it possible that they has been formed in only 5 months? If someone could give an opinion on this would be much appreciated. I will have the mri in 2 weeks and would like to better understand what I can expect from the results. Many thanks.

Don't worry. It could be infection too. Pls do the repeat mri after 2 weeks which will give a more clear cut picture.

I am having a problem. While pooping every time I feel a sharp pain and my stools comes with little blood. But but all day long I haven't feel any pain neither discomfort around my anus. When I touch my anus with my finger it's normal.

I'm a 23 year old straight male, I saw a video something called urethral sounding, and tried it out of curiosity just to know what it is with a small tube, it was really painful ,and now at end of urinating there is blood, i'm scared and don't want anyone to know about this, I don't have any pain or anything, it's been a day I just want to know, will it be ok if I just let it be and everything will be automatically go normal, or what should I do, the blood is only after urinating, and not out of control, what should I do.

Sounding is medical. Procedure.should not be done without proper medical guidance. You may have damaged urethra and it may lead to stricture formation.

It has 21 days after my laser fistulectomy after I eat food like rice with vegetables i.e carrots. Pumpkin, green vegetables, peas etc I have excessive gas and watery stools / mushy stools. I usually take 2 to 3 litter of water every day and coconut water too .is it normal to have watery/ mushy stools. Will it effect my wound.

It should not affect your wound.
You are taking good and healthy diet.
Hard stools and constipation may affect wound.
Still you can eat low fodmap diet to reduce gas.
