If you have boils you need to apply an antibiotic cream and drink lot of water which will make urine normally coloured .Diet has no role in this case

Urine colour may vary because of number of factors like less water intake, some eatables also change urine colour and yellow colour is not that much concern. If it smells foul and you feel pain during urination then it might be infection. Get urine routine done.
