Get a urine routine done. It may have bacteria. Sometimes it could be sterile inflammation of bladder where you get a normal report. The solution I would suggest is to drink lots of water and try syrup Cital 2 teaspoons 3 times a day. You should also get a hba1c blood test done to find out how your body is managing your blood sugar.

Since what age you started getting UTI? How often do you get? If it is after 5 years of age, do one renal USG to see any structural anomalies of your kidneys. If started before five, will need more evaluation. To prevent recurrence, 1. Keep the area very clean
