Blood in the urine and nausea are also symptoms of a ureteral stricture, as are frequent urinary tract infections. Pain may worsen with increased fluid intake.

This also applies to normal urinary frequency. For most people, the normal number of times to urinate per day is between 6 – 7 in a 24 hour period. Between 4 and 10 times a day can also be normal if that person is healthy and happy with the number of times they visit the toilet.

thanks for the query. The above said condition may be associated with a condition called prostatic hypertrophy. Also please provide information regarding any associated medical conditions like hypertension, diabetes, back pain.
You need to do usg abdomen + kub+ pvr, psa levels. Also try to take more water, at least 2.5 - 3l / day

1.Pass urine whenever you feel a desire, empty bladder completely 3.Take lots of water so as to have clear urine
4.Do not use any spray, scented bath products
6.Clean genitals before sex and pass urine after sex to flush out any bacteria
7.Keep genital area dry- wear cotton, loose under garments, avoid tight clothes like jeans
