2. Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3. Wear cotton under garments
4. Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.
5. Keep the area dry

Problem is a very vague term.
Does not explain what exactly are you suffering.

Taking antibiotics blindly and in inappropriate dosage will cause resistence in future and also other side effects like excess fungus growth.
