None of these causes. One possible reason is eating of too much of Protien , results in excretion of Ammonia compounds giving froth and smell. Nothing to bother .Take plenty of fluids and ignore.

What is your age. Do urine exam from some lab. The most obvious cause of foamy urine is the speed of urination. Sometimes, urine can also foam up when it's concentrated. Your urine is more concentrated if you haven't had much water to drink and you're dehydrated. Foamy urine can also indicate that you have too much of a protein, such as albumin, in your urine.

-Your problem could be due to a urinary tract infection
- have plenty of oral fluids including 1-2 litres of water per day
- if still problem persists then get investigation urine RE/ME done.
