If one finds albumin nil in urine routine test and serum urea and creatinine level under safe limits, then he would assume that he is not patient of kidney disease although he is peeing foamy urine more of the times in a day. Please suggest me.

You might be more likely to have foamy urine if you have a full bladder, which can make your urine stream more forceful and faster. The urine can also get foamy if it's more concentrated, which can occur due to dehydration. Protein in the urine can also cause foaminess and is usually due to kidney disease. Lately I find it difficult to pass urine if I do it does not empty the bladder fully. The whole night I keep running to the toilet but no effect pl suggest medicines.

I am a female im 20 years old im 5’8” I weigh about 125 pounds. I take suboxone 16 mg, visanne and cipralex 20 mg each day. I have endometriosis, hyper mobility and ive had clamydia twice before but have been treated. Ive also had a kidney infection a few months ago that ive got taken care of. My problem right now is. Last week I woke up and was soaking wet like I peed myself and this happened again today. When I went pee it feels like im never fully finished. Or sometimes its hard to start peeing. I also noticed a strange colour of discharge that is not like usual. I do not know it I have an std or if I have something else wrong. I want an opinion before I got see my real Dr. incase im just over reacting.

Post c-section delivery catheter has been removed on 3rd day, and on 7th day I was unable to pass urine, also pain while peeing and feeling bladder is full but couldn't empty the bladder when I use washroom. My gynea suggested sonography it showed bladder neck obstruction hence she put catheter for 17 days. Now, I can pee naturally but not getting sensation for urination. Dr. Ask me to take 'urotone 25 mg' thrice a day. Should I take urotone when breastfeeding & what should I do to get natural sensation of urination. Should I consult any urologist? Is keeping catheter for 17 days was a correct treatment? Please help.

I am 30 years old male. I had suffered from stomach flu during my childhood but recovered. I did not have a proper latrine routine and was not trained to poop as a daily routine. As a result I drank less water and used to suffer from constipation. Had jaundice in 2006 but recovered. But I used to exercise daily and sometimes suffered from dehydration as I drank less water. Now for the past few years, I wake up in the morning, drink 500 ml to 1000 ml of water before brushing my teeth and feel the urge to empty the bowels as soon as I finish brushing my teeth. Then comes the twist. I do not empty fully the first time but feel my nerves and my anus stops functioning after first 2 dumps. As result, I have to make 2 to 3 toilet trips in the morning itself.
