There is a term Dhatu Kshay that pertains to immunity compromise by excess semen loss. Once immunity is compromised you are prone to contraction of any disease. Don't worry much,
relax.
It's just routine test (rgu +mcug) and other thing you may not need it in first go,
your symptoms need detailed evaluation it's not just cystitis and stone disease,

The reports are not visible here but indicates some problem in kidney like nephrotic syndrome thorough history is required for the proper diagnosis like his bp, h/o diabetes, what is his gfr and what was his treatment course over years you can consult me if you want incase of nephrotic syndrome he will be managed with corticosteroids.
