You can take vegetables but not beans and spinach.
Take tablet pirox dt twice daily for pain
tablet zyloric 100 twice daily till your uric acid level comes down.

The first thing you should do is to eat foods that are high in fiber, This is because fiber rich foods absorb uric acid from the blood. Your kidneys then 'throw' out the excess uric acid. Try to eat Oatmeal, Spinach, cauliflowers and Isabgol in milk if possible.

Hello thanks for your Query. I feel 7.4 is not that high. Stop taking oil and non veg specially red meat. rest all walking, exercise with small doses anti-inflammatory to be pain free.
