Consuming coffee (nescafe) will not reduce uric acid levels in blood. It is believed that coffee and tea consumption may affect uric acid levels but only one study has been conducted to date. The results showed that levels of uric acid in the blood significantly decreased with increasing coffee intake, but not with tea intake.

Hello lybrate-user. You will need to take low protein diet. Like restricted intake of pulses and green leafy veges etc.
The better solution is to take homoeopathic treatment. It can cure gout permanently and then no dietary restrictions.
Especially because protein is an essential nutrient.
