Normal range is 2.5 to 7.5 milligrams/deciliter (mg/dL) ..It varies little from lab to lab.
Dietary fibre may help to lower uric acid level.
Avoid meats such as liver, kidney.
Low alcohol consumption,weight loss will helpful too.
Reduce consumption of cauliflower, mushrooms, legumes, gravies,spinach.

Some people are genetically made who prduce more uric acid. Any thing than increase muscle breakdown increases uric acid. It can be endogenous that is increase breakdown of muscle due to disease or heavy exercise.
Or exogenous due to heavy nonvegetarian meal.
Or
due to taking of food vegetarian dietcontaining high uric acid levels like palak, tomatoes, turnips etc.
