Hi Sir, I used to get back pain and having urine inconsistency (used to get longer time urination with thin stream) last one year done 3 times ultrasound of stomach bladder kidneys but all are normal. Suddenly one month back unable to urine. Urination blocked. Doctor done spl xray and told about urethral stricture .urine tube below bladder shrieked due to some ulcer. Urethral dilation (RD) done, some tube inserted for one week into urethra through penis. Now getting good urine flow. Now no problem with urination. But The problem is when urination blocked that day I tried and forced to urinate then some pain in left inguinal groin area started. Pain is like some thing is FOLDED ,MELTED AND POKING and PINCHING PAIN. Due to this entire left leg UPTO THREE middle fingers squeezing pain, some times left testicle some times left buttock pinching pain. I told doctor about this he checked it no inguinal hernia detected and prescribed ultracet tablet. One month over but still same pain remained. What is this pain. Why entire left leg getting squeezing like pain. How to get rid of this.

While stricture problem has been sorted out, it has nothing to do with erection. If you are having normal erection otherwise, absence of early morning erection 50% of the time should not be a cause for worry. Early morning erection will not be there everyday.

Dear Doctor, I was having enlarged prostate. Stream of urine was very thin and urine was leaking out even before preparing for urination. I underwent TURP surgery on 15.02. 2016 where about 70-80 ml of prostate was removed and remaining prostate size as per ultrasound is 62 cc. After two months of surgery, the stream again become thin. I consulted R. G. Stone. After taking special x-ray, it was told that there is urethral stricture. I again went to SGRH, where dilation was performed on 15.04. 2016. At that time flow became normal. Now again stream is becoming thin. I am on antibiotics for the last three months. Doctor at SGRH as also R. G. Stone advised 2nd surgery. I am not in a position to undergo 2nd surgery. Kindly advise whether any treatment is available in homeopathy. If yes, kindly guide me in this respect. Thanks and regards,

if the testicles haven't descended by 6 months, they're very unlikely to do so and treatment will usually be recommended. This is because boys with untreated undescended testicles can have fertility problems (infertility) in later life and an increased risk of developing testicular cancer.

Sir I am 26, male. I have developed epidydimoorchitis 2 years back and is cured. Recently I got intense pain after masturbation and consulted doctor. Scan shows bilateral hydrocele. My urologist put me on antibiotics viz levoflox, chymoral plus and flotral. He is suggesting to masturbate on alternate days to get rid of infection. I am confused as sometimes erection for long is causing the pain. So is it advisable to do masturbation when on antibiotics?(now I am on week 4 of antibiotics but pain is no longer there).

Dear patient,
firstly, masturbation is not a contraindication with antibiotics therapy.
Secondly, antibiotics therapy is not required so long (4 weeks of antibiotics is not at all advisable).
Thirdly, use (wear) tight underwear all the time so as to have no pain in testis in future.
