Best treatment is BMG urethroplasty. If you don't want to undergo this surgery then endoscopic surgery is done called as viu. Otherwise there is no other treatment.

If you really have a stricture urethra no medicine can help it and above all if you feel fine now it points to the fact that you have anatomical structure. If it is really therfe you need surgery

Appears to be you have developed post-traumatic urethral stricture. In my knowledge line of treatment is
1) control & prevention of infection if any.
2) dilatation of urethra - which may have to be repeated for more than once.
3) if above two steps fails (usually does not), then urethroplasty. You please visit a good urosurgeon of your state, let them examine you and asses the status. After that I believe they shall be able to give you an appropriate treatment.

There can be multiple reasons for the development of stricture after catheterisation as - false passage - injury during catheterisation - previous pathology of the urethra - infection Hope this clears your query. Wishing you fine recovery. Welcome for any further assistance. Regards take care.
