Hello-
you are suffering from hypogonadism. It is a condition that occurs when the body's sex glands, the testes for males and ovaries for females, produce little or no hormones. For males with hypogonadism, low testosterone can affect the development and maintenance of male reproductive organs, including the testes, penis and prostate. In fact, low testosterone levels can lead to issues like reduced muscle strength, hair loss and impotence.

Hello-
Having one testicle is usually the result of an issue during fetal development or surgery. A single testicle can produce enough testosterone to fuel your sex drive. This amount of testosterone is also enough for you to get an erection and ejaculate during an orgasm.
However, if you recently lost a testicle, your healthcare provider can give you a some more detailed guidance on what to expect. It may take a bit of time for things to get back to normal.

Hello-
it's normal. Each testicle feels like a smooth, firm egg. Adult testicles range in size from about 15 ml (similar to a bird egg) to 35 ml (similar to a small chicken egg). One testicle may be slightly larger than the other. Commonly, one testicle hangs lower than the other.
