Hi Parveen it's normal, one side testis is small then others.
it's normal size difference is about the size of half a teaspoon, and usually the right testicle is larger than the left. If one testicle is just a little bigger than the other, you can send pictures of testis , then try to find out diagnosis.

remember, one testicle can provide enough testosterone for you to get an erection and ejaculate. This is also enough to produce adequate sperm for fertilization. As long as you're in good health and don't have any underlying conditions that could impact your fertility, you should be able to have children.

Hello lybrate-user, you may kindly consult a nearby good ultrasound centre and get an ultrasound of" inguino scrotal area with pelvis" done.it will locate the positions of the testes and possible diagnosis of undescended testes will be made. Then the treatment options can be sorted out. Hope this will be helpful to u.
