One of your testicle is very small in size and other is normal. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. For better guidance, consult me, by calling or enquiring me through Lybrate.

Hello-
If both your testicles were removed, you may start to notice changes in your body several weeks after surgery due to not having male hormones. The most obvious changes may be hot flashes and sweating. You may lose your sex drive, gain weight, or not be able to get an erection. These changes can be upsetting.
Changes are permanent so can not be solved.

Hello-
If the testicle can be easily manipulated, or moves back down by itself, that usually means it's a retractile testicle. If a testicle had been in the scrotum but has risen up into the groin and cannot be easily pulled back down, the condition is known as an ascending testicle. Both the issues poses some sort of threat to fertility so better get it checked.
