She should be ideally weighing 20-24 kgs, but it depends on the height, bone weight etc. You cannot go by the numbers completely. Check her immunity, activity levels, her concentration etc. They are better parameters to judge. Feed her healthy homecooked meals.

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts.

Don't alwyz go for medicines..tell him to join gym or have to do some exercise daily...jogging or walking also important..this will increase the metabolism and metabolic rate..tell him to take high protein...soaked chic peas and pea nuts...lots of green veggies...lots of fruits...plenty of water...walnuts,,almonds,,dates,,cashew...this will boost his health.

hello vivek , take high protein and high calories diet.do stretching exercise alternates days and cycling daily.take milk products and milk. have small and frequent meals.don't skip your breakfast specially.take always protein rich diet. take curd atleast 2 times in a day.take plenty of fruits.don't skip your exercise.

Do not force the regime without the clinical assessment done by a doctor. Safety of health is paramount when one wants to reduce weight and bring back body shape. There is nothing like perfection. So do not push the limits and damage the body in the long run. Take the help of a doctor and trainer and do it slowly. Do not put any time limit.

Hi lybrate-user its gud to see that you r focusing on your body. Its my advise to you don't go for any protein shake or medicine have home made foods, eat some amount of ghee or oil like in form of tadka, on chapati, as well as be physically active so as to get fit nd fine nd for better health nd this is the right tym to start focusing on your health so as to be free from disease in later ages.
