Here's what you can do to lose weight or avoid becoming overweight or obese?
1. Eat breakfast
2. Eat more fruit, vegetables, nuts, and whole grains.
3. Exercise, even moderately, for at least 30 minutes a day.
4. Cut down your consumption of fatty and sugary food.
5. Use vegetable-based oil rather than animal-based fats.
6. Choose the smart portion and eat slowly.
7. Eat at home.
8. Eat mindfully.
