I have seen the details mentioned. The information given is inadequate. It would have been better if you had mentioned t3 & t4 levels (at the time of diagnosis), weight & height as well as lipid profile.

From the details given it is clear that your tgl and vldl both are high. But lipids are quite fine. Usually now a days unless tgl go very high fibrates are hardly used. Since you have been prescribed the same along with rosuvastatin, please continue the same for a few months and check lipids after 6 months or so.
