Hello lybrate-user, you are probably suffering form right inguinal lymphadenitis. The medicines you are taking are god enough to give you relief. Only thing is some more time for the antibiotic to work on your body. 2 days is really very little time to get a result. Hope this will be helpful.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you hernias generally grow larger due to pressure on them, such as a loop of your intestine or fatty tissue pushing into the weak abdominal tissue or tear. The result is a sac that forms in the abdominal wall. You may or may not see a bulge at this point. As more abdominal contents push into the sac, a bulge will appear.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Most patients with umbilical hernias first notice a belly button bulge or discomfort. Over time these hernias can get larger and more uncomfortable as the hernia sac gets pushed out from inside the abdomen. Like other hernias, an umbilical hernia in an adult will not go away or get better without treatment.

Hello-
it is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower.

Better to repair it surgically immediately. If can not decide immediately, then meet some yoga expert to learn yoga inverted postures to get some relief till you decide.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
The primary complications of any operation are bleeding and infection but these are uncommon with umbilical hernia repair. There is a slight risk of injury to the intestines, blood vessels and nerves.
