for cough, take 2-2 teaspoonful of pranacharya kasantak by mixing it in hot water twice daily. Sitopaladi, praval and tankan bhasm churna taken with honey can also bring relief. Consume this 3 to 4 times a day for relief from dry cough; you can also drink tea with basil leaves or add ginger and black pepper in it.
Salted hot water gargling also helps. And stay away from cold drinks and don't take milk when having cough.

My suggestion would be give him the food which he used to like in his childhood and he likes now. No details of test reports, medications taken for Typhoid. Now this could be different like viral fever. Bed rest, plenty of oral liquid intake Cetrizine 10 mg tablet once a day. Paracetamol tablets for 2 days. If no relief. See your doctor.

For cystitis get a urine culture and sensitivity test done and take treatment accordingly to cure cystitis. Drink plenty of water and take urine alkaliser.
Typhoid is curable see a physician for the same. You can also get vaccinated for typhoid.
Adenomyosis can be controlled with medicine see a gynaecologist for the same.
Being cancelled by some boys is not end of world.

IN typhoid, antibiotics are to be taken for longer durations like 10 - 14 days. Hence, continue with the same antibiotic for another week to 10 days.

This report along with clinical examination to be done to rule out other diseases and diagnosis to be done clinically depending upon the symptoms and theory says it is not typhoid fever but after practical examination few doctors will tell typhoid fever and few doctors will tell not conclusive for typhoid.

Positive widal test with fever, malaise, decreased appetite and increased basal body temperature are dignostic of typhoid please if you don't have fever and other related problems, don't repeat the test and don't take medicine for long time.
