Never take asprin medicines in fever and cold now a days.

Start with homoeopathic medicine which not only treats Typhoid, but also will boost up his immune system - Schwabe's Baptisia 200/ thrice daily and Alfaalfa Tonic/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals - give these for 2 weeks. There after get back to me for further guidance. Take Care!

Hello. Give her one dose of Schwabe's Bacillinum 200 once, followed by Alfaalfa tonic/ thrice a day daily. Give for 1 week, revert me back with the status.

Do the cbc, esr, chest xray, sr ige, start tab levocet m once a night 10 day.
Tab septillin (ayurvedic) 2 tab three times a day.
Tab calpol 650 for fever if require

It can be a viral or typhoid fever and if the reports including xray chest are normal than we just have to continue your ongoing treatment but every third day get cbc test done till she is symptom free.
