Dear, Your sugar seems to be well controlled, there's a good chance that your doctor will reduce the dosage in future in the figures remain this good but if you stop the meds the sugar levels will kick high and lead to complications.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Fasting glucose 145 mg is very high. Ideally it should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg. Only Glimepiride 2 mg may not be beneficial. Some additional drugs may be required. What is the PP glucose levels & HbA1c%. With aging skin does become dry and wrinkled. That is a normal process. Thanks.
