The 2 medicines are different and mode of action is also different.
They do their action best when taken together.

1) are your sugars normal with glycomet 500 mg bd dose?
2) camel milk is very rich in vitamin c and iron. It also has some proteins which have antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties.
3) it has some amount of insulin but how much benefit it gives is still a matter of contraversy.

The tablet mentioned may be useful as a supportive or additional therapy. But on its own it will not help in controlling blood glucose level. For that you need either modern anti-diabetic drugs or Insulin injections. Unfortunately a lot of unsubstantiated claims are made. Thanks.
