Yes alongside with watching your diet and monitoring your blood glucose levels. Try to take the medicines at the same time everyday so you can regulate your blood sugar levels. Yes, eritel ch has a compound which has a diuretic action, that makes you urinate more. And now since your BP is low, you can switch to just Eritel as this does not have the diuretic action, hence your BP may revert back to normal. Also make sure you have adequate intake of water also.
