Hello lybrate-user based on your brief description of symptoms it's very difficult to come to conclusions. I get your anxiousness regarding stroke. It's unlikely that you might be having stroke but detailed evaluation is must. There is an entity called bell's palsy which can effect young patients but for majority of the patients its not long lasting. Hope this decreases the your anxiety.
