1- wisdom tooth

If the wisdom tooth has erupted fully and in a proper position then we can save it by dental cement filling.
If the cavity is deep and near or into the pulp then we can save it by root canal treatment.
Ideally we should save natural tooth structure if its fits in above criterias.
If the wisdom teeth has erupted in a such way that it's disturbing other tooth structures and we don't have any option left for saving it then only you should go for removal.

Damage only to the part of teeth above your gums can always b restored.
Dentist'll guide you if an rct is required or not n later it can b crowned.
If major portion of tooth is lost, post n core buildup options remains before capping that tooth.

Hi lybrate-user.
If you are having severe pain even after 3-4 days of tooth extraction, visit your dentist for a check up to rule out a condition called' dry socket' it happens if the blood clot is lost from the extraction socket. The dentist can clinically examine and diagnose the condition and advice appropriate management. Till then you can do warm salt water rinses which will give you relief. Pain killer can be taken in case of severe pain.

Yes you can eat whatever you wish to. There are no restrictions as such to consumption of non vegetarian food items. Just take care to avoid putting pressure on the area of extraction.
