I'm 24 years female and trying to conceive since last 4-5 months. But after intercourse a large amount of fluid spills out from vagina. My husband had a semen test and his sperm count and motility is good (60%). What I should do to prevent spilling of fluid.

2) pregnancy can occur only one day of the cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist

Only small part of one report can not decide that.
Any couple desirous of pregnancy and not getting the same naturally must meet a gynecologist or infertility specialist accepting the fact that it needs many reports and different trials of treatment. This means the couple must have patience and go to one with whom they have trust to stick for a long time.

Hello doctor, I am a 30 year old married women. I have been trying to conceive for last 3 months but couldn't get success. My cycle is normal 28-30 days my last period date was 23rd march but this month I have faced brown clotting discharge instead of periods and also feel pain in my abdominal area I have been taking folic acid medicine for last 3 months and also taking ultra q 300 medicine which is prescribed by my doctor. I can't understand why I am having small amount of brown clotting discharge instead of periods? Help me plz.

Likely to be withdrawal bleeding which occurs when there is no pregnancy and duphastone is stopped after consuming for few days.
Observe bleeding, if required do pregnancy test preferably blood serum hcg-beta.

I am trying for second baby. I was prescribed letrozole. There were 2 follicles one in right 19 mm left 17 mm, endometrial thickness was 9 ,on day 12 since follicle didn't rupture I was given hcg trigger ,on day 15 scan showed ovulated status, had physical contact on day 13,14,15,16.i was prescribed susten 200 mg hs and fertisure f til my 29th day. I had minimal white discharge varying consistency everyday from day 22. But past two days I am having yellowish white discharge on and off. Today is my 26 th day. Feeling bloated, no other peculiar changes? Chances for conception? Will I have withdrawal. When can I test for upt if no withdrawal after susten completion?

You can wait till the date of your next periods and do a upt then. Signs of pregnancy will not show this early. If you are inserting susten tablet vaginally then the discharge can be due to that reason. Just remain calm and patient and trust your doctor.
