I'm 52 year old male, my problems is while walking my body get imbalance feel I may fell down – and some times while doing daily walking/jogging suddenly I feel that something has climb in to mind and get imbalance and fell down on one side, and in the early morning when I wake-up feel dizziness and heart palpates get increase and when this symptoms happened sometimes my penis get shrink – once this symptoms happened I sit take long breath and drink a glass of butter milk and take my bp tablet. I have to go three four times to toilet, sometimes my stool is in normal, some times its loose motion. I showed to gastro as well as internist, general physician they informed me that you have ibs problem, stop eating spicy foods you will get cured, when I asked about my above situation they advised me to show it to ent as well as cardiologist – I showed to ent specialist they informed me that you have vertigo they prescribed me some medicine but despite consuming the medicine not get 100 percent cure and encounter this problem on weekly basis, sometimes every three days. I'm suffering this problem from last 9 months. I showed to cardiologist he did ecg two and 2d eco x ray of chest everything is normal he also advised me that you have ibs and vertigo that’s the reason you have above problem. I have high bp and daily I consumed 1 tablet its call co-tabuvan 80/125 mg and am 52 year old male for vertigo from 05sep 19 am using its call betaserc 12 mg –taking daily two tablets but not get any cure. From today I have started “stugeron 25 mg” – every 8-hour one tablet. For ibs am taking dompy 10 mg- gases-40 -gaviscon-eucarbon 30comp-cobal 500 mcg -amitriptyline 10 mg. I don’t have sugar- cholesterol thyroid I did lipid profile another test everything is normal. \ I did ultrasound to know for kidney function and its movement its normal not notice anything. Is their any hidden disease not get diagnosed, and why it happening to me despite of taking the medicine please advise me is there any other treatment beside the above, of any further any further test required. Appreciate your valuable advice and guidance in order to take further treatment. Also one more thing I have forgotten to write even once I watched the screen concentrate on it suddenly I feel like something like shock happens something climb towards to my head.
