Hi One of the simplest and most effective ways to induce sleep is to rub some oil on the scalp and the soles of the feet before going to bed. Use sesame oil, brahmi oil, jasmine oil, or coconut oil and massage gently for a few minutes. You might be suffering from Acute sinusitis. Which is resulting in severe throbing type of headache. You need not to worry. You just need to take proper antibiotic ,which is used in treating these type of infections. And you will be fine in few days.

-have a proper balanced , nutritious diet with more of fruits & greenleafy vegetables, whole grains, milk & milk products, beans, nuts, sprouts as they are a good source of energy to keep you going, also have snacks in between main meals to boost your metabolism
-do regular exercises like walking, jogging for 30 min ,also do yoga & deep breathing to keep the body & mind healthy & fit

At 19, good to know that your basic reports like CBC and BP are normal.
Excess heart beat can be due to thyroid and stressful life with multitasking, doing lots of work at a time.
Get your eyes tested too along with total lipid profile, thyroid profile and ecg, stress test.
Do write back with reports and your lifestyle as a student /working girl at 19.
You are still a growing up teenager and you have got to do lots in life through education, degrees get back with reports.

Take some simple analgesics like paracetamol for one day so that your headache is relieved.
After that try to get some sleep.
Follow these lifestyle changes to improve your sleep cycle.
1. Maintain regular sleep wake cycle, even on holiday's.
2. Don't skip meals. Take regular healthy diet with adequate fluids
3. Do not consume excess caffeine / carbohydrates / alcohol or smoke.
