Symptoms in body - sometimes crack sound in leg hand mostly pain in legs tingling tremor little sensation almost a day headache anxiety bilateral maxillary sinusitis bloating nausea almost everyday gas make in stomach stomaches little bit stomach not clean at once bowel again and again want to go pain in chest sometimes sometimes pain below abdomen sometimes anywhere fat gain over all body watery eyes sometimes pain in eyebrow headache anywhere sometimes left sometimes right sometimes forehead anywhere. Bilateral nasal polyps irregular periods little crack sound in tongue want to eat spicy something that which feel good to my tongue. Swollen gums front teeth gap I don't know what is the root cause of my problem.

I am a 30 year old male and have essential tremor problem, sometimes it is noticeable to others when I am taking a pic or using some tools but mostly it is noticeable to me only. Also I have this butterfly panicky feeling and restlessness going inside me all the time without any reason. I visited a neurologist and he prescribed me betacap tr 20 for 2 months and also said betacap tr 40 can cause erectile dysfunction problems hence prescribed tr 20 along with metmax injections and cd3 supplements as my vitamin d was low and b12 extremely low and 150. I took betacap tr 20 for 2 months but I noticed my libido decreased during this time. After I stopped taking betacap tr 20 essential tremor started to appear again and became more noticeable. What can be done to prevent the side effects of this medicine. Is it necessary to take or is there any other way to cure tremor. One thing I experiences alcohol decreases it to a large extent.

Yes you are right in observing that alcohol dramatically reduces it. But taking alcohol regularly is not a good option. You can be switched to other alternatives like mysoline in your case which will not produce the side effects you are concerned with and will work wonders in your condition.
