Kindly message ur query clearly and explain in detail, does ur dog would have ate lizard tail so u want some medication for it, or else your dog has a habit of eating lizard tail and you want your dog not to eat it like that regularly and want advice to prevent it.

There is nothing like that. It depends on which clinic you had done surgery. Perhaps it is due to accidental cutting of any nerve during surgery. Take your pet to a better hospital or consult a better veterinarian.
