Most treatments for head lice need to be used twice, seven to 10 days apart, along with combing wet hair with a fine-toothed comb to remove nits. Some lice are resistant to pyrethrins and permethrin. That's when it makes sense to turn to stronger prescription drugs, such as ivermectin and spinosad (Natroba).

As per what I know
Normal globulin levels - 1.6 to 3.6 g/dl (3.7)
Neutrophils count - 60 to 70 % (86)
Total leucocyte count - 4 to 15.5 (35)
Here leucocyte and Neutrophils count may have been little higher becoz of wound. Nothing to worry as per the blood results.

The best feed would be one formulated locally in your country, or one neighboring. If you are able to buy broiler day old chicks, then surely the supplier will be able to steer you in the right direction.

After cataract surgery, there is more room in the eye for fluid to circulate and hence in some eyes, esp those which were small and crowded, the pressure reduces.

It's most commenly seen in birds which are going to lay egg for the first time. If the egg is stuck far inside or near the cloaca. Its possible for a bound egg to be massaged out.
We can also try giving warm water bath or even a steam room. This can help relax the muscles, which may help the hen pass the egg on its own.
Or else we have to break the egg inside and remove its parts through cloaca.
