I am 67 years old, vegetarian, non-alcoholic. I underwent open heart surgery. I am on medication - Metalor XR 25 mg and ecosprin AV 75 mg. For the last about one year I am suffering from burping. I do not feel any symptom of acidity i.e. No acid reflux, no chest burning, no constipation. Burping starts as and when, day or night, I sit for meditation and try to concentrate. After a few minutes, I start burping. It stops if I lay down. I have tried all pathies i.e Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurveda. Whenever I start taking any medicine, the problem aggravates and burping starts even when I am not meditating. 2. I get up early, drink two glasses of lukewarm water empty stomach. After bowl clearance, I do KAPAAL BHATI for 5 minutes (300 times). Then, I go for morning walk of around 5 kms. After bath, I eat fruit - Apple or Water Melon or Papaya around 8 a.m. Then breakfast at 9: 30 am which includes 2 chapatis and curd or daal. Tea intake is one cup per day around 11.00 a.m. Lunch around 2.00 p.m. - three chapatis and vegetable + salad. In the evening, again some fruit. Dinner around 8.00 p.m. Includes 2 chapatis and daal followed by 250 gms of warm milk + two chadraprabha vati tablets before going to bed by 10.00 p.m.

Whole food containing balanced nutrition work much better than artificial supplements. If food is not corrected, supplements alone do not have much effect. Eating heart friendly food like green veggies and soup, nuts and seeds, sprouts and avoiding packed food must be followed. All the best.
