Hi, High bilirubin could be due to high intake of oil and processed foods in your diet. Reduce oil to 1 Tbsp per day and ghee to 1/2 tsp per day. Also increase fibre intake like Fruits, Vegetables, Whole grain cereals ,Pulses in your diet. Avoid Butter, Cheese Bakery items, Ice-creams etc.

It seems that weight is quite excess. When fat is excess in body it is natural sometime that person feel more hungry and take more carbs like chapati/ rice/ suji/ toast etc. Better to opt for a healthy pattern to reduce fat and gain healthy muscles.
