Hello lybrate-user as your dand c shows hyperlastic changes without atypia you can go for mirena ,but with mirena you need proper follow up after every 6 months for next 5 years once your menopause comes your hyperplasia will get settle, or you may get heavy bleeding as a complication also that depends from patient to patient, and if you go for uterus removal your follow up would be less and long term complications are minimal. Decision depends on you as how compliant you are.

If you havenot consulted a surgeon, then please do it now. He will examine you clinically and confirm the diagnosis. Ultra sound may be necessary to see the testes. After that the treatment options will come which will be mostly surgical.

it is entirely normal for one testicle to be bigger than the other. Many people find that the right testicle is slightly larger and the left hangs lower. A difference in size is usually nothing to worry about, though it can occasionally indicate a problem.
