Hello lybrate-user as your dand c shows hyperlastic changes without atypia you can go for mirena ,but with mirena you need proper follow up after every 6 months for next 5 years once your menopause comes your hyperplasia will get settle, or you may get heavy bleeding as a complication also that depends from patient to patient, and if you go for uterus removal your follow up would be less and long term complications are minimal. surgery is not an ideal treatment for varicocele. Since modern science lacks medicines to treat varicocele effectively, they advice the patient to remove the affected part from surgery. You are haing recurrence due to that only. Its time to switch to ayurveda before its too late.
