Well wake up early go for walk or jogging,, take high protein,, take biotin 2mg per day,,, apply alovera gel extract,, aplly vitamin e with coconut oil,, apply castor oil,, apply natural henna powder dipped in liquor of tea overnight next day add whole egg and curd and 10ml coconut oil and few drops of lemon juice apply it on scalp once in a week or twice in a month,, with this u need proper homeopathic treatment for this purpose

Since you have endometriosis, the best treatment is to stop the periods for control of symptoms. Mirena achieves that without resorting to surgery. There are no side effects of stopping periods, it will be like a menopause. Mirena has side effects like spotting or pelvic pain but are usually uncommon. If you wish to continue medical treatment instead, go for dienogest as novelon may not suit you for prolonged periods considering your age.

Ca 125 levels upto 35 are considered normal Yours is borderline. This is because of endometrioses. You can take Novelin this month, but Dinogest would be preferred
