Regards Lybrate user. The vertebrae (bones in the spine), have discs (cushions in between them). Poor posture over long durations or repeated bending activity (eg. Watching mobile phones, looking at computer monitor, reading books with book on lap, sitting slouched etc) may lead to altered pressure within the discs. The discs are usually very strong but with abuse of spine, they may undergo small injuries. Since there are no nerves within the disc (except the outermost layers), most often pain i...more

Due to maturbation the there will be weakness in joints and pain in lower back. As calcium and other thick fluids reduces you feel more pain.
So avoid maturbation, take calcium and b12 rich diet, do exercises regularly and stay healthy always.

Sumo tablet should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Take the same amount of dose advised by your doctor and do not use it for a longer period than recommended by the doctor. Also avoid consuming alcohol when taking this medicine.

Unfortunately the tramadol tablets that you are taking are themselves a form of opioid tablets, and maybe as you have used them for such long, stopping them abruptly is causing you discomfort. Tapering them down is one option for you, or you can consult a psychiatrist for help. Other than that, sudden arkamin stoppage can also cause rebound hypertension, and so its tapering is also required.

You can take polybion, however vitamin e is a fat soluble vitamin so don't take it for prolonged period as it will accumulate in your body and will cause side effects.

A cleaning lady that worked for my family has a husband with a debilitating condition, which hasn't being diagnosed yet: - his knees hurt a lot, they swell, the back of his knees also hurt - the soles of his feet hurt, his ankles swell - there are days when he wakes up with a fever - when the pain is acute, the spine hurts - his lower back hurts at the level of his right lung - he feels a burning sensation when urinating - he has lost a lot of weight (almost 20 kg since december) - when someone tries to make him stand up, he cannot stand straight due to the pain in his spine - there are days when he feels pain in the pelvis, on the left side his problem started in 2016, along with a condition similar to psoriasis on the skin (it was not diagnosed). The symptoms worsened in december, just after one of the sars-cov-2 vaccines. He can only afford government hospitals, which take months to even give you appointment. She has some lab results from tests they asked her to get, which I could send if needed. Thanks.

Regards lybrate-user. With the provided information, it appears the disorder is affecting multiple systems - joints, urinary system, gastrointestinal (relating to weight loss). He may benefit from a consult with a rheumatologist. Rheumatological disorders are different from other disorders as they involve autoimmune issues (that is our own body's defense system, affects our own tissues). They tend to affect multiple systems at same time, and often tend to be misdiagnosed / mismanaged.

Alcohol may reduce the efficacy of the antibiotic, it is also better to avoid alcohol while taking antibiotics if you are a chronic alcoholic as the liver will not be able to flush out the drug effectively.

No need to get worried, tdap contains tetanus toxoid and diphtheria and acellular pertussis whereas dpt contains diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis protein, no harm would happen with acellular pertussis.
