Dear Kamal,
Are you dependent on narcotics? Buprenorphine makes this addictive habit less risky. You may not overdose and die of narcotics. With buprenorphine, less withdrawal symptoms. All the other tablets may be for your associated mental health issues or management of withdrawal symptoms or for medical complication of your habit of taking narcotics. Please decide for something less harmful so that you can have better quality of life.

Dear Pragya,
I hope you know what will happen if you skip the dose. Alcohol along with it depends on whether you drink wine/beer or hot drinks. It depends on the quantity also. It also depends on what food you take along with alcohol, whether you will be driving after drinking and whether you have any medical illnesses, your weight, etc.

Hello patient
at this age, at the age of 25, 26, the hormone level is good, due to which more mind goes on sexual in your mind and there is no problem in it which you can control on your own.
The best solution to these things is to be with people. Because when you are alone then your mind goes more towards sexual.
Take care.

Unfortunately the tramadol tablets that you are taking are themselves a form of opioid tablets, and maybe as you have used them for such long, stopping them abruptly is causing you discomfort. Tapering them down is one option for you, or you can consult a psychiatrist for help. Other than that, sudden arkamin stoppage can also cause rebound hypertension, and so its tapering is also required.
