I am 23 male. I am working on myself for almost a decade now. By working I mean I am trying to be good enough. Somehow I always feel I am not good enough the way I am. I always feel I am worth nothing. When I was a child wanting and loving anything or anyone made me feel worthless. It made me feel bad. Like I am not good enough to want anything. I have been fighting this. And I know now what are the things that I am good enough for just the way I am. But still somehow I don't feel that I am the person I should be or I am ok just the way I am. I feel insecure all the time. Like people are always worth more than me. Specially around girls that I like I struggle to be myself. I feel this feeling of being empty and flawed. Like I don't have anything to offer to the world the way I am. Nowadays I feel afraid of everyone and everything like being exposed as being worthless.

Hi sir, Meri age 24 hai, mera kisi bhi kam ko krne me excitement nai rehta hai, life bilkul boring si lg rahi h. Me hu 24 ka pr lgta h jaise ki mind se 19-20 ka hu. Life aage badh rahi h aur wahi ruka hua hu. Mind me bht sari bate chalti rehti h. Chidchidapan jaldi gussa aa jata h. Kisi bhi kam ke liye lgta h jaise ye mujhse hoga hi nai negative thinking aati h. Lazyness jaisa rehta hu. Kuch bate sochne ya question solve krne pr lgta jaise ki mind kam hi nai kr raha hai.
