take homeopathic medicine: -
Adel 14 ( Ferrodonna drops ). take 15 drops thrice a day in one fourth cup of water..
take it one hr after meal for one month...

with this eat healthy diet.. include spinach, meethi, carrot juice , chukundar in salad , pomogranate, Apple etc means iron rich fruits and also vitamin c rich diet like amla, mangoes, melons, lemon, kiwi, oranges etc for absorption of iron....
