Hi,
its normal to have 5-7 days menstrual bleeding at your age. However, you can have a check if there is any excess bleeding. You can have both coffee and green tea. Anything warm gives symptomatic relief during that phase. Any kind of mild exercise or walking is good enough during periods.

If you are asking about the injection for RH incompatibility of blood....then it's given immediately after your baby is born because that's the first instance when the bloods of the baby and mother are exposed to each other and antibodies are formed.
So it will be given immediately after the baby is born.
