Chloramphenicol is an older antibiotic not used nowadays much due to availability of better alternatives. It should be avoided during pregnancy, infants and children. Adverse effects includes:
-aplastic anemia
-pancytopenia
-esophagitis
-neurotoxicity causing optic neuritis
-metabolic acidosis
-gastrointestinal disturbances
not every effect is seen on every one. Serious side effects usually develops after long term use.

Generally no side effects. Only mild pain or low grade fever. As such, mixing both the brands is safe and covovax and covishield will not cause any harm.

No it doesn't matter which brand medicine you choose. You have been operated for mitral valve replacement for which you are taking an anticoagulant (noac or novel oral anticoagulant, so it requires dose adjustments from time to time. Because if it goes above 3.5 you'll be having high chances of internal or traumatic bleeding. If it goes low you'll be having increased chances of clot formation in the blood.
