This need to be managed after getting admitted in a psychiatric ward.
Meanwhile try to reduce the dose by about 1 tab of tramadol as well as clonazepam.
This will cause some withdrawal symptoms for about a week.
Try adding some physical exercise like yoga or running in your routine which will decrease the intensity of craving and other withdrawal symptoms follow universal sleep hygeine, most importantly do not use bed for lying down or sleeping during day time.

You need supervised psychiatrist care to quit tramadol. As it is highly addictive and not easy to stop on your own.

Dear lybrate-user,
congratulations for planning to stop termin injection.
It is little difficult to stop termin injections suddenly. It has to be done with gradual reduction under careful monitoring. Please get admitted to a hospital or deaddiction centre for 2-3 weeks. Later you can plan active life without termin. I don't know why you started termin and who prescribed it for you initially. If it is for oversleeping or body image issues, you have to find out the cause and treat it. Many...more

Dear Priya,
Congratulations for planning to stop clonazepam. You are young and you can try to leave this habit by learning sleep hygiene techniques. You can not suddenly stop clonazepam. You have to reduce the dose slowly over weeks before stopping it.

Yes tramadol is addictive, itâs effect is like heroine only but milder. You will need to stop tramadol and take some alternative medication, like non opioid pain killers.
