Grade 2 fatty liver can progress to cirrhosis if remains unchecked. Proper detailed history will be needed to classify the cause of fatty liver. You need to cut down fried and oily food items, increase salad and fruits in your meals, do regular exercise especially aerobic to burn the fat. It is very good that you r much health conscious. But let me tell you one very important, bitter but honest thing, only medication can't cure your condition. You have to strictly follow some diet and lifestyle habits with your medication. And you should consult with all your reports to a qualified doctor soon.
