U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.

First of all, lifestyle modification is required, if not improved with that, then will move to medications.
So first, maintain your sleep cycle and food cycle have your breakfast at same time each day, and other meals as well
after eating, avoid lying down, start walking sometimes after meals. And include jogging or some physical exercises daily

I have seen the details mentioned. With your current weight your bmi is 26.15 kg/sq meter (normal < 23 kg/sq meter), which means there is an excess of almost 7 kgs. However, your blood glucose is very well controlled, which really good. Weight reduction is a tough task. However, you may consider increasing the time spent on exercises. You can do strength building exercise for 2 to 3 days (preferably in a gym) and other days 5 plus k walk. Running ad brisk walking...more
