it is sad that you are dependent on tramadol at this young age.
Please reduce and stop it. You have to take help to keep your motivational level high to fight with withdrawal. Help has to be from friends, relatives, doctors, deaddiction and rehab centers, etc. It is a continuous slow process of withdrawal over probably next 12 weeks.
All the best and start the process. Use all the help possible.
