Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Nitromvat addiction comes under substance abuse and addiction. Deaddiction treatment is best suited for such addictions. Medically assisted drug detoxification or alcohol detoxification alone is ineffective as a treatment for addiction. The national institute on drug abuse (nida) recommends detoxification followed by both medication (where applicable) and behavioral therapy, followed by relapse prevention.

Ultracet is opioid painkiller and opioids are highly addictive substance. You need proper treatment and care in close supervision of a psychiatrist then only you can expect the results you desire for. Initial treatment require for withdrawal symptoms which may require admission in de addiction center atleast for 2 weeks. Later treatment depends on the response of initial treatment.

lybrate-user any kind of addiction is mostly associated with one or other comorbid psychiatric illness. Unless that comorbid psychiatric illness is not treated it is difficult to treat addiction. For that you should consult a psychiatrist.
