Since when r you having this?What r other symptoms that you r experiencing?
By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?How is your appetite?R you constipated or having loose stools?
Is there stiffness also? Any problem in urine?

2. Take bath with lwarm water 3. Do steam inhalation regularly at least once a day
4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.
8 more warm liquids medicine can not be advised for open question for medicine contact on private consultation good luck.

Hi Lybrate user, without wasting further time go to nearest head and neck surgeon/ent surgeon. Get biopsy and imaging done. Do not predict and take medication on your own. The more you delay the more you loose.
