since how long are you on Nexito and how good is your symptom, while taking it

so if you are taking it for past 6 months to 1 year and you have good symptom control, you can take half tablet for 15 days and then discontinue it

Stay strong mentally and physically. These sound like withdrawal symptoms only. I would advice trusting your psychiatrist fully and taking your medications properly. I would also suggest taking counselling from someone specializing in addiction counselling and going for both individual and group therapy for faster results.

Both mirtazepine and venalafaxine are good options but it depends on your age and comorbidities, details of which need further clarification. I will go for starting only one drug after finding out which will be most appropriate in your condition.
